The Gothenburg Early Childhood Learning Coalition is made up of childcare providers and educators who have come together to support each other and to address community-wide issues that impact children and their families. The following providers are members of the GECLC and this list is compiled for your convenience. We understanding finding care for your child(ren) is an important decision and we want to help in any way we can. You are encouraged to contact the providers directly to learn more about their programs and availability.

Early Development Network (EDN)

Provides home-based early intervention services for children birth to age 3 who are experiencing or are at a high risk of experiencing developmental delays in any of the 5 developmental domains. The program is free to any family whose children qualify. Using a coaching model, caregivers are provided with the tools they need to help their child be successful. Working jointly with local school districts, EDN provides essential services (OT, PT, SLP, ECSE) in the child's natural environment (home or daycare typically).

3 to 5 years old
This free program serves children 3-5 years old for an hour and a half one day a week. This in-home program works with the parents to work with their children. With flexible scheduling, this program can serve children who are going to another preschool and may need a little extra help. Head Start uses the HELP curriculum, as well as setting goals with the families.
